Returns and Refunds


Our policy lasts 30 days after you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before contacting us first at and we will help you with your return or refund query. And please allow 1-4 working days for a reply to your email.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal account again.
There is often some processing time before a refund is received so please be patient.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but please contact us as in certain situations we will still provide refunds with sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first at and we will get back to you within 1-4 working days informing you of the next step.

To return your product, you should first contact us at where we will tell you where to send the product back to!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. That is why you may prefer to have a partial refund where you get to keep the item you have received. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow our shipping range time of 10-35 days for your exchanged product to reach you, this may vary to include processing time.
